They're going to have to play smarter.
Serbia has made some inventive defensive decisions to randomly double team and leave certain players (Embiid, Edwards, for example) open behind the 3 point line. They're also being very patient on the offensive end and letting Bogdanovich cook at times. When the US double teams him, he's good at finding the open man.
Without Curry, the US would have major problems right now, but I think they'll still be fine in the second half.
