1 - Yes
2 - No ... A high percentage of those people came here as Muslims but their kids (born and educated in the U.S.) drop the religion. Example: I've known 2 lawyers and a doctor who dropped Islam gradually with HS and college experiences. But their aging parents are still Muslim. I don't think those parents should be deported.

Those things are too expensive to build for so few cases. There was one guy back in the 1800s who saw this and made a small protable one he hauled in a horse drawn wagon to the towns in need. He made a lot of money.

Lawyers are about winning. The defense attorney knows their client commited murder and should fry. But their job is to counter the truth.
Govt is supposed to be about truth. But it becomes 'about winning' when politicians are lying in order to get power and money.
Socrates knew that he was innocent but a democratic system killed him. That's why Plato went sour on democracy. America's founders knew about all of this and tried to fix govt with checks and balances. It worked pretty well for a long time.

The lesbian bar controversy in Mass. illustrates a good point. There are over 1,000 gay bars in the U.S. but less than 20 lesbian bars. It proves that lesbians don't even like hanging around with lesbians.

It was the American, Terry Gilliam, who first condemned the Brits on censorship about 10 years ago. The Brits on the cast then came out and agreed with him publicly.

London, USSR, North Korea, China....the left always prohibits free speech. Why? If they could win open public debates on communism vs. free markets they would allow free speech. Why can't they win? It's because their ideas are based on emotion. The right's ideas are based on logic and evidence from the past. "It just wasn't done right yet" doesn't convince a logical person.
