Kids look adopted. None of them resemble each other. Plus the dude is wearing Velcro sandals. He’s a straight up weirdo based solely off footwear.
I would lean to she isn’t putting out, he is more interested in the dog and things are all around strange in that house. Clue 1 is the wife putting up cameras “for a contractor” without the husband knowing. Clearly she put up cameras to catch the husband.
