Similar situation here. He's executing his article 2 duties. He can look at any data he wants and hire anyone he wants to help him do that. He can declassify that data for anyone he wants to look at it.

I will say it again, the Supreme Court has defined Presidential immunity and what Trump has done falls well within what the Supreme Court defined as his Constitutional duties and hence he is immune from criminal proceedings while fulfilling his Presidential duties.

People need to realize that the MSM (Lying Media) does not have a lot of options going forward. If they cannot make these protests news worthy, they might as well just get out of the business of lying to the people.
