Ruined by disrespectful, trashy parents that try to one up another from the very beginning.

The request to hold your applause is laughable- I’m thankful we’re at least in the B’s so people weren’t quite so obnoxious.

I asked my daughter how much I could pay her to skip her graduation in 3 years… she said $10K, and I’m considering it

The only upside is that they got through 430 students in right at 2 hours.

Maybe If the rest of the respectable parents got up and whooped the asses of the first chim-chawing booger wolves to make a scene, maybe the rest would think twice about making a scene and would have some decorum.

I was dreading my sons. It actually went well. There wasn’t much opportunity to screw it up.

We’d probably start a riot, or at the very least, be called racist.

They suck, but everyone thinks they suck, so they're not really overrated.

Did two this week. The first was about 3.5 hours and they conferred the degrees after everyone walked. The one today was about 2 hours and they conferred the degrees before anyone walked. At that point, I was like lets go, she has the degree. But we stayed until the end.

I went to a graduation this evening with a class of around 600 and I did not experience anything that you just mentioned. In fact, it was a very enjoyable 2 hours

High school graduations are a waste of time in general.

You’ve accomplished nothing yet.

They would insist on keeping it real because they been disrespekted. Despite the fact that they disrespected everyone else by screaming “THATS MY BABY! THATS MY KIKI!” straight into your ear.

OP didn't say it was a kindergarten graduation.

Graduating high school is a basic expectation in life. It should be like having a job.....expected.

I must admit, I got a nice laugh at this description. I have no idea what it means, but it’s funny! Tip of the hat sir!

how about instead of giving her $10k to skip it, you just skip it. Win win.

Thankful to only having one more to attend and after that one I am walking over to Kirby's Icehouse for some champagne.
