Just turned it on, and was like “is that Chase Budinger?”

I guess the answer is yes

Yup. He was an elite prep volleyball player. Turned down continuing his career in Europe to do this. Will be really cool if he wins a medal

US women trailing Spain 11-10 in water polo late. Spain is world #1 and we are #3. Good match.

Chase Bud was a California high school sports legend. A far better volleyball player than basketball player.

Dude is an absolute freak athlete

I remember him being an elite volleyball player (I feel like that was always talked about when he was at Arizona or in the NBA) but I did not expect to see him on the beach after probably not playing a ton of volleyball the last however many years.

Womens volleyball going to 5th set against China after being down 2-0. Made some big lineup changes that have paid off.

The surfing heat of the Olympics thus far is at 3:36. John John Florence (USA) and Jack Robinson (AUS). Both gold medal favorites and Teahupoo is absolutely pumping today. Dudes have been getting worked. This has the potential to be one of the best televised surf heats ever with the talent and conditions.

Gutsy performance by the USA women rugby. Did very well with possession in 2nd half and no unforced errors.

They have a very tough draw against New Zealand in the semifinal, but guaranteed no worse than a spot in the bronze medal match.

Awesome match from the USA W7s team. Maher is an absolute monster out there. Only one critique is that the biggest flaw I saw was that support was much too slow to get in position on some of these line breaks.

No reason (besides Woke intentions) to be giving washed Diana Taurasi the playing time she is getting.

She shouldn’t be on the roster and probably personally blocked Caitlin Clark from being on the roster to make sure that her 6 time Gold Medal would never be equaled.
