They do but this is an airport, roads, rocket launch site, offices, storage facilities, fuel production…
This is a massive site with all kinds of different infrastructure not “just” oil and gas refining.
There will be different challenges for such a site.

It’s far uptown but it’s a bigger location with some outdoor covered seating and I’m sure they will be able to get alcohol sales. Luvi is successful out that way.
Sucks for Metry folks, very few ambitious restaurants of that quality.
