Day 4 Mother Nature is not amused and has decided the high temps need rain

Rain is just what high temps need to compound the misery index and un air conditioned dormitories.
Paris put on its second highest storm alert. Thunder! Lightening! Maybe enough rain to dilute the Seine, or enough rain to flush more sewage in.
