Here's a first:

Jim's sweat caused a turnover

Pistons scored 30 off turners. Cavs had 20 TOs. Jim had 8 of them. Damn near 50%.

He is supposedly a better SG than D-Wade.

It appears that Harden is mentoring Mitchell on how to not show up in close out games

The Cavs had a 60 oRTG with Harden on the bench. -16 in 10 minutes

This guy Mitchell is something else. Harden leaves with the lead in Q1, down almost double digits when he returns.

Cut the lead to 3 in the 3rd before his rest, when he come back in after 5 mores the lead is at 14.

Atkinson sitting him way too long.

Story of his playoff career fwiw.

Across his entire playoff career spanning his time with Oklahoma City, Houston, Brooklyn, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, and Cleveland, Harden boasts a lifetime playoff net rating differential of roughly +6.3. To put that into context alongside other all-time greats from the play-by-play era: • Nikola Jokic / Giannis Antetokounmpo: +7.4 • James Harden: +6.3 • Dwyane Wade: +3.3 • Kevin Durant: +2.4

Some People think Wade was better because his team was better when he wasn’t even playing.

He’s had some very real stinkers though, in absolutely massive games/moments.

i think you misunderstood what I meant about Harden mentoring Mitchell in the way of not showing up in close out games,

Harden gets a pass from me now, Harden is 36 years old and has lost a step but is still a very good player and a very good complement to a #1 player. Mitchell is the #1 player on the Cavs and has been completely absent.

I would put this more on Mitchell, than Harden.

Now Hardens turnovers have been very problematic for the Cavs.

Jim is fine in round 1 and some round 2 matchups, but when he plays best of best he is less.

8 turnovers isnt acceptable any way you slice it. This isnt advanced metrics. You cant turn the ball over.

Jim helped lose the game last night.

Turnover are assigned to the guy who make the pass no matter if the guy fumbles a great pass out of bounds. Harden was the best player on the court last nite out of either squad.

8 of them. 8

Jim may have played well enough last night in spite of his turnovers, but its game 7 on the road.

We know hes about to disappear, as he always does.

How many playoff series did Jim win since the last time our Pels won a series? 15? FWIW there’s a decent shot he is playing for us next season.
