I don’t know the subdivision but it’s off Lavey. We’re now leaning towards not fixing up and selling as is.

We prob got get the ac in good order and paint at least. Roof is less than a year old.

Is that a thing? I saw one guy advertised as a contractor-realtor but it looks like he builds million dollar homes and sells them himself.

My husband likes those Poncho shirts. I don’t think I can get them for $50 used.

There’s a new drug my dog is on….let me see if I can find it. It’s helped her a lot.

I trust my supplier but I test and filter. And not just HPLC but MS. I know a lot of people use Janoshik but they don’t even send chromatograms.
