Joseph is not discussed much in the Bible, but he may have the most faith in the Lord.

This is how the birth of Jesus Christ came about. When his mother Mary was betrothed to Joseph, but before they lived together, she was found with child through the Holy Spirit. Joseph her husband, since he was a righteous man, yet unwilling to expose her to shame, decided to divorce her quietly. Such was his intention when, behold, the angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream and said, "Joseph, son of David, do not be afraid to take Mary your wife into your home. For it is through the Holy Spirit that this child has been conceived in her. She will bear a son and you are to name him Jesus, because he will save his people from their sins." All this took place to fulfill what the Lord had said through the prophet: Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a son, and they shall name him Emmanuel, which means "God is with us." When Joseph awoke, he did as the angel of the Lord had commanded him and took his wife into his home.
Many of us would have walked. Joseph was stronger than me. We should be forever grateful.
I hope all you baws have a blessed Christmas.

I expect half the OT to be posted up after lunch. I’ll be the husky fellow with the Christmas tie on.
From there it’s on to the Blacksmith Shop and maybe Gold Mine if my organs allow it. Big baw needs to bust a move.
God is good. Merry Christmas.

re: What is your #1 Christmas song?

An older lady picked me up two weekends ago in her Uber. This song came on the radio and she was singing it. I can’t believe I never heard it before, but I felt this song. I asked her if I could come over on Christmas morning. She laughed.

Just got out of an uber driven by one of the many beautiful grandmothers of Nola. This song came on, and I’m embarrassed to say I’ve never heard this version. It gave me the feels. Merry Christmas, baws. God is good.
