The band director turned down my $5 when I requested they play “Neck.”
Nah. It’s good to see people at the shop. Hope to see you there.

o, locals treat them like normal people because we don’t give a shite about who you are or what you do. If you want to share a drink and meal, door is always open.

This has been my experience. It’s the way we were raised.

Jesus first. Family second. Friends and bartenders third.
My baw was pounding some sugar shite drink on bourbon and didn’t even realize a “celebrity” was behind him.

Nola don’t give a shite.

Let’s party.

The Nola jealousy is alive in this thread!!!

Hope you baws enjoy mediocrity and suburbs.

Bet you were a blast before electricity.
I don’t engage them bc they’re looking to have a good time. I’ve had drinks with Danny MCBride and numerous actors at lafittes early in the am.

My favorite celebrity story was at the Columns. Was drinking with Justin Vincent after the national championship. Sean Penn was at the table next to us.
A barstool employee yak’d in the overflowing shitter, Kelce chugged his own beer on the patio and Jelly Roll belted out some tunes on the piano.

Hope to see a few of you nerds in the morning. I’m trying to get my mind and body right for the Mardi Gras.

Lite on the cream cheese don't you think?!

I’ll get one this weekend and bring it to lafittes after mass. We can discuss the brioche to cream cheese ratio.

I think I’ve got it narrowed to two of them.

King Cake Hub on Broad carries them except on Sunday, since Hi Do is closed.
I was gracious enough to bring the office the best king cake in the city from Hi Do after court this morning.

If you’re going to cut around the cake to avoid getting the baby, you don’t deserve to partake in the epiphany celebrations.
