As some of you know the owner of Lioncore is my neighbor in Denver and I saw him this weekend. He said business was great and that he was randomly getting a bunch of orders from Louisiana. I told him it wasn’t random at all and I showed him a few threads from this board. He was so appreciative of everyone making orders and asked how he could say thank you so I told him he could make a permanent coupon for Tigerdroppings members. He made it today and just texted me it was live.

I am not affiliated with this company and I do not profit from this. I just buy several of the peptides myself and I believe in them. Already down 31 lbs using Retatrutide, GHK-Cu and after some research I decided to switch from Tesamorelin to CJC 1295 (no DAC) + Ipamorelin. I’ll update my posts in other threads but figured anyone already ordering from him, or those who have been on the fence about trying peptides could use this. The discount is better than any he currently runs. It’s 25% off!

Code is :TIGERS25

Mind expanding on what makes it better than tesamorelin? I assume it’s dependent on goals.

some information that helped me make my decision

Detailed Breakdown

CJC-1295 no DAC + Ipamorelin:

This combination triggers the pituitary gland using two complementary mechanisms. CJC-1295 (no DAC) acts longer than natural hormones to stimulate growth hormone release, while Ipamorelin selectively boosts natural pulses without spiking cortisol or prolactin. It is highly regarded for long-term use, anti-aging, and improving sleep quality.

Tesamorelin:

This is a synthetic analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). It provides a sustained increase in growth hormone and is widely known as the most effective peptide for reducing deep abdominal fat and improving metabolic markers. Because it can impact blood sugar levels, it requires close monitoring in individuals with insulin resistance or diabetes.

Which Is Better?

The ideal choice depends entirely on your specific goals and medical history:Choose CJC-1295/Ipamorelin if your priorities are better sleep, muscle preservation, and overall wellness.Choose Tesamorelin if your primary goal is medically proven visceral fat loss and metabolic support.

These 2 peps do the same thing the same way. No need to run both. Tesa+ipa or cjc+ipa. People say Tesa “targets visceral fat”. It does but the reason it got that label is because that’s what the research money paid to find out. It does the same thing cjc does. I bet if they ran a “visceral fat” study on cjc they’d find that it does that too

Thanks. I’m already pretty lean. My goal is to get better aesthetics. But better sleep, recovery and wellness is also something I would want also. Currently taking sermorelin but it doesn’t seem at potent.

how are the prices on lioncore so low compared to other gray market peptide websites?

60mg tirz for $99, everywhere else is close to $300 for 50mg. seems suspect.

60mg for $99 is still more than double what you pay buying direct.

But it's still way cheaper and less hassle than trying to go to a Med spa clinic.

So my understanding is that we have to keep the vials of powder in the freezer and vials of reconstituted (if not using it all at once) in the fridge.

How do we know that the powder we get is still good since it's not transported frozen?

I don't keep anything in the freezer. Just an air conditioned, cool, dark cabinet. Once reconstituted I store in the fridge

That was an awesome idea! It’s nice to have a reliable site to get this stuff from.

Yea a med spa clinic is comically overpriced, but so are the websites like LionCore, if you knew what they were paying for it you'd agree.

Peptide powders are highly stable and easily withstand transit without cooling. As freeze-dried (lyophilized) powders, they lack moisture, which halts most degradation and makes them resilient enough to handle standard room temperatures for days or weeks without losing their potency.

Why Transport is SafeThermal Tolerance:

Lyophilized peptides tolerate brief heat exposure up to ~40° C without significant degradation.
Moisture is the Real Enemy: While heat accelerates degradation over long periods, moisture absorption is the quickest way to ruin a dry peptide.
During transport, ensure the vial is sealed tightly and kept away from direct sunlight.

Best Practices Upon Arrival

While shipping without refrigeration is fine, the long-term storage of dry peptides requires proper conditions to maximize their shelf life:
Storage Temperature: Long-term storage should ideally be at -20° C or colder (down to -80° C).
Humidity Control: Store vials in an airtight container with desiccant packs to prevent condensation and moisture ingress.
Protect from Light: Exposure to direct sunlight or heavy artificial light will cause molecular breakdown over time.

A Note on Reconstitution

Once a peptide is mixed with bacteriostatic water or a sterile buffer, the rules change drastically. Reconstituted peptides are fragile, prone to microbial contamination and degradation, and must be stored in the refrigerator (2 to 8° C).
