Board just needs to take the “it is what it is” approach. He’s the HC, hope he succeeds. Dislike the hire, that’s absolutely fine, but Breaking News: crying won’t get a new HC, force Gayle to sell the team, Joe Dumars to get fired. Complaining about him being a retread is pointless as 2 retread coaches are in the conference finals.

Christen Miller: Should compete immediately for NT snaps, should by the starter sooner rather later.
Stats: ~25 tackles, ~3 sacks, ~5 TFL
Vernon Broughton: similar to Miller, Nathan Shepherd is the starter but he can easily be taken over.
Stats: 30 tackles, 5 sacks, 8 TFL
