Nothing in the world has annoyed me more than those chiffon wearing wannabe elitist fricktards thinking they are good at football. It’s time to restore order and return them to their rightful place of being everyone else’s prison bitch.

They still have a lot of talent on that team, which can overcome some of the poor coaching I expect to see. I think they will have a decent-but-not-great season. I also expect them to give every team a good fight.

They are but they will not have the same season they did a year ago it’s impossible especially replacing all the offensive coaches hard to duplicate stats in a new offense with new coaches it don’t typically happen

Couple different things there. Chambliss is not NFL material. He will likely get drafted but not a 1st rounder. If he were, he would have gone this year in a weak QB draft. He is still a good college qb, but, he doesn't have the masterminds behind him setting up the plays. That's a huge hurdle for him, imo. Also, teams now have plenty film on them, I expect LSU to be ready on defense. Lastly, they have a guy at head coach that has never been a head coach before, and was not being looked at as a head coach. OM also has a MUCH tougher SEC schedule this year. Last year, they beat ONE team in the SEC with a winning SEC record, during the regular season, and I believe that was against a team with a hurt QB in OU.
I believe it is going to be a tough season for them. Vegas has them around 7.5 to 8 wins. Of course, their fans have them at 11-1 floor...lol. It is going to be a fun year to watch them melt. Living here on the Mississippi border, they are insufferable, for a program that hasn't even won a conference title in 60 years, much less a NC. If LSU goes in there and beats them, I believe it kills their souls and you see them finish around 7-5, 8-4. If Chambliss were to go down....worse.

LSU doesn't have to prove anything, with 3 Titles this century. OM hasn't won ANYTHING in 60 years. So they won a game against a bad LSU team last year. Winning this year would actually mean something...in the short term.
