Can be buying a stock/crypto early, being apart of a startup or selling a business, marrying rich, winning the lottery, etc.
Maybe ole baw should actually pick a skill or trade like a man and this wouldn't be a problem. Not surprised he's a Cowboys fan.

Also, FuQk tipping culture.

Don't know how Plain Dealing can support a football team. They only have 892 people in their town.
I use to be a 1400 uscf over the board player in my heyday.

Surely there's some chess players on here.

Maybe do it a round robin on a Saturday?

"I hate to say it, but the cure for addiction, the only cure I've seen, and not like these fricking overpriced rehabs or a lot of these fraudulent fixes that are sold to people. And they're good people who will support you. Alcoholics Anonymous, I think by and large, is a good organization. It's not the only one. The cure for addiction is suffering," Affleck said.
Say this is your house and it has 20 foot wooden pilings.

Hurricane Katrina?

Hurricane Andrew?

Hurricane Patricia?

Galveston Hurricane of 1900?

With all the LNG and Data Center projects popping up in Louisiana why aren't they involved?

They do the C part which is construction part but it seems all the projects have Bechtel, Zachry, Worley, Kiewit, McDermott and the other Turner as their General Contractor.

Seems like a missed opportunity.

They're at CP2 but they're a subcontractor not a GC

Think like a player or coach that almost went to a different high school.

Or a notable player that was injured and his team would've won state if he was healthy.

I remember Notre Dame in Crowley trying to get Josh Reed to come over there.

10 years ago it seems only Alabama, Clemson, and Georgia could only win it all.

Now, it seems like there's 10-12 teams that can win it at all.

More parity = better football right?
People talk about Texas Tech, A&M, and Texas but to me the potential scariest team in the NIL Era is Notre Dame.

Those old domers want to see a ND natty before they die
Baton Rouge doesn't have the most prosperous history but what event can we look back on that made Baton Rouge really go down the shitter?

Election of Sharon Weston Broome?

All the evacuees moving to Baton Rouge after Hurricane Katrina?

Shaw getting bought out by CB&I?

The best female golfer in the world doesn't even hit a driver. She wouldn't be the worst but she'd be below average.
From his bio.

Graves graduated from Baton Rouge's Catholic High School in 1990. He then attended the University of Alabama, Louisiana Tech, and American University.[5]

How do your parents spend all that money at Catholic and you bounce around 3 colleges and still don't graduate?

Flunked out? Drug rehab?

I also work on the Jeff Landry 2027 gubernatorial oppo research team.

AMA
Was reading up on how Facebook bought up land in Richland Parish for their data center.

Are there any other parishes in Louisiana that are getting looked at or there's some company secretly buying a lot of land that most people don't know about?

What are some of your picks?

Other than Saban staying at LSU
Read that new and used car parts are taking a major hit.

Fram /First brand has filed bankruptcy.
Grupo Antolin has went out of business .
O'Reillys is buying out Napa
CSK which made remanufactured parts also filed bankruptcy .

Not good.

He did do what Gingrich told him to do though.

Can you elaborate?
What were some of his weaknesses/negatives from voters when he was running for reelection?

For the older people on here who lived this election, what did people not like about him during this time?

His approval rating was 54% before election day and yet he won a massive 370 electoral votes
