I stopped for three straight weeks without a drink. But recently decided to self impose no drink worknights or off days unless I'm at a function or party I may have a few drinks. This basically nearly eliminates my drinking consistency as I work 5-6 nights a week. I'm overall functioning better. I don't really see a reason to go to zero beers for the rest of my time but on the other hand waking up hung over daily is not functional anymore.
