this is the truth. my wife's mom had a stroke from BC and once we started trying for kids my wife got off of it for that but also because of what happened to her mom. this was almost 10 years ago and i feel like we are just coming out on the other side of that. shite is straight poison
a lot if it is time. Have 2 small kids who are picky as hell right now. work is nuts too so I have to grab food when I can sort of thing. I do usually only eat one solid meal a day
37, 5'7 190. Eating habits are all over the place if we're being honest. Cut way back on fast food. Really don't drink much anymore. Mostly water unsweetened tea and coffee to drink.
I'm not in awful shape, ran the crescent city classic this past year in 1:15 (slow i know) but went and saw a sleep doctor today and she wants me to drop 20 to improve my sleep. I've never been able to find a decent diet plan I could stick to for a long period of time. I did keto and I dropped 25 pounds, but it was miserable counting carbs and as soon as I stopped it slowly came back on.

So. Looking for advice on good meal preps or diet to drop this weight.
