I would imagine it will start much more frequently with citizens. Inflation is through the roof, goods getting scarce, ya find enough to feed the family and some shathead at a checkpoint takes your groceries.

I saw Sean Duffy, head of DOT, discussing this. As a sidenote he did get Cali to cancel 17,000 illegal holders of cdls. But he said these trucking "firms" are like whack a mole, they close down and open up shop hours later under different corporate names, through a myriad of companies, owners offshore etc.

I still say there is some overarching industry doing this. Some Indian does not travel half way around the world thinking he can suddenly drive a truck in the states. Someone is recruiting them with links to local/state DMVs recruiting these folks and charging coyote fees for the process.

I would like to see them go after clerks in these DMV offices.

Federal law dictates the person needs to be a legal resident or citizen. You know this when you illegally issue that license. Throw these clerks in jail and it will come to a full stop.

And dont give me the ole "well my boss says, or they told us to do it". You are the gatekeeper, you know the law, and you broke it.
