We are both not a very good team right now, AND we are a name brand everyone gets up for to use as a measuring stick. Even other highly ranked SEC schools, there's no chance they aren't circling our series as a big deal.
If you're somewhere lesser (but with the talent we have), there's a good chance you can bumble along and try to figure things out, and you take your midweek games and go .500 in conference until it kicks in, then you're maybe a 2 seed somewhere and make a run. But here, with the bullseye we have on our back, we're going to be in a deep hole by the time we work out the kinks... and that's assuming guys don't start packing it in.
