CFP Pick'em Update : Dingeaux and LSUGent Still Lead, But The Pack Is Closing In
Posted by Chicken on 11/13/25 at 4:38 pm
It's Dingeaux and LSUGent's world and we are just living in it. Despite both of them going 8-5 last weekend, no one was able to knock them out of the top spot. That being said, they have not created any separation between themselves and second place, so their lead is tenuous with just four weeks to play.
Dingeaux and LSUGent (aka "The Gentleman") both sport overall records of 102-39. Me Bite and kennyzink sit just one game back. LNCHBOX and Macintosh are two games back. Longhorn22 leads a slew of users three games back. DallasTiger leads a horde of users four games back. And EatnCreaux leads a gaggle of users five games back.
Crowd-favorite GoldenBoy's nightmare season continued as he fell to 674th place. Two-time champion TedStickles continued his pathetic ways, drooping all the way to 674th place. The controversial Lester Earl did not play, as expected.
Shoutouts to OhFace55, cajuntiger07, Zendog, who were the only players with perfect records last weekend...13-0.
Four weeks remain, and the pressure is starting to tighten around the top of the leaderboard. Some will play it safe, while others will swing for the fences. As the ancient Roman poet Virgil once said, “If you do what you have always done, you will get what you have always gotten.”
Here is your Week 12 slate:
Arkansas at LSU
Oklahoma at Alabama
Texas at Georgia
Mississippi St. at Missouri
Michigan at Northwestern
Iowa at Southern Cal
Notre Dame at Pittsburgh
Virginia at Duke
North Carolina at Wake Forest
Arizona at Cincinnati
TCU at BYU
Memphis at East Carolina

I tried this and got aggravated because it was constantly buffering and cutting out.

I have routinely switched back in forth between the two...Fubo during Astros season, YTTV during March Madness...
My point is that it just isn't hard to switch and switch back...

Would you get Denbrock with Freeman?

How much of Freeman's success is due to Denbrock being his OC?

Ryan day is 46 years old. I am not really concerned with him bolting from Ohio State anytime soon.

I’m really surprised Hartline’s name isn’t mentioned more.

I use Fubo. And have seen DirecTV's service in action. At end of day, they are all pretty similar.
Just cancel YTTV and start up a new service. And switch back later if you want.

Someone remind me why UNLV and some others aren't joining the revamped Pac 12:
Boise State
Colorado State
Fresno State
Gonzaga
Oregon State
San Diego State
Texas State
Utah State
Washington State

I am happy for the new Pac-12...more competition for the AAC for that final playoff spot...

Belichick is 4-5
Nick Saban coaching at 74 is perfectly believable
Posted by Chicken on 11/13/25 at 11:26 am
Bill Belichick and Pete Carroll are both still coaching into their 70's...Mick Jagger is still touring at 82...and Al Pacino impregnated someone at 83...
With Viagra and testosterone shots and Minoxodil, 74 is the new 64. And he still colors his hair so he hasn't exactly mailed it in yet.
As for the awkwardness that he may have to coach against Bama on Saban Field in Tuscaloosa, that wouldn't be an issue until the 2028 season at the earliest if he would return to LSU.
And finally, I think he hates the fact that his last play as a coach was when Milroe got dropped after running right into a lineman's big arse...
Nick Saban coaching at 74 is not outrageous...Not that I think it will happen.
