I think I’d rather spend $12k on a built in unit

wut?

But what if it feels uncomfortable tho?

Oh it's going to suck getting in, period. Getting out and how you feel afterwards is the part you are looking for.

Yeah those are very nice. What’s the water park with the Mermaids?

Any medical evidence for this? Sounds great if you have the courage to do it! As a senior citizen, don't know if it may be good or bad for me. Doing yard work is getting harder.

Andrew Huberman who's a Stamford professor does a lot of talks of cold plunge and saunas. He does A LOT of extensive talks on it.
If I'm about to cut the grass, I'll get in for 5 minutes before I start. Makes the heat so much more bearable.

Come 3-4 o'clock and I've hit a wall, I'll hop in, dunk myself under and get right back out and I'm ready to go!!

Hungover? Get in all the way, dunk your head. If you want to stay in for a minute or two, fine but you don't have to. It will zap a hangover in a second. The worse the hangover the longer you probably need to stay in.

It's nature's reset button for life. It's the best investment I've gotten in a long time.

Obviously it's great for recovery, etc... but it's great for so many other things, It sucks getting in but it puts me in such a great mood after I get out.

To test it out, grab two 16 lb bags of ice, dump in your bathtub and fill it up. Good way to start before you decide to spend the money on one.

One of the best moments of TD history is when Tosh.0 aired one of Kige's videos.

He's admitted taking steroids, post UFC. Combined with alcohol, ups the roid rage. Like a lot. He said no way he could fight right now.

how our democracy is in peril.

From the party that arrested Trump 4 times, arrested up to 20 members of his staff and admin, sued him. Subpoenaed and investigated Jr and Ivanka, removed from Illinois, Colorado and Maine state ballots. Tried to assassinate Trump how many times now?

But yeah, Republicans are definitely the ones who are a threat to democracy.
How old is that church? Seems like it's been around for a long time. At least 20 years.

That's the one at the corner of Blackwater and Hooper?
I spoke with Chicken in 2005ish at a tailgate and he told me it was super young, teenagers, college students.

Now I'm sure a majority of those are still posting which would put them in their late 30s, early 40s now.

I wonder how it's going to do in the box office.

There was only like 10 people in the movie theater last night. We got there really early because I though it was going to be super packed. We went to the 3 D version.

I’ll just stick with Chilis. An awesome blossom sounds awesome

My son actually mentioned this and I said no. We can go to a Chili's here and pretend we are in Scranton

Crab fries from chicky and Pete's is a must at some point.

I was told we can get that at the baseball game

but Reading seemed like more of a lunch place, a lot slower for dinner in terms of options.

Our flight lands at 2. I would hope to be at the hotel by 4ish

We are attending a Phili's game,
City Hall,
Pat's and Jim's Cheesesteaks
Reading Terminal
Written House Square

Phili Art Museum (Rocky steps, statue)
Liberty Bell
Independence Hall
Old City
Shully River Trail

Any other suggestions?

I've heard Scranton, Phili has much better pizza than we do in the south so we will be hitting up Alfredo's for lunch. Just wondering how the food and experience is at Cooper's.

Phili - Center City

We are flying in Saturday and will be looking for a CheeseSteak that evening. Anything worth it in Reading Terminal Market or City Center? We are staying at the Phili Marriott Downtown.

We will hit up Pat's, Jim's and Geno's later in the week.

Thanks
