The legend Slade Roy is going to bring this home for us.

Makes sense. Lane doesn't want this to frick up his season this year and LSU is willing to wait for him.

Also Philly. If Saban decides to be the coach what if anything could delay the announcement?

My guess is you actually don’t know shite but just guessing

Bob Stoops thought the same in 2003
Offenses are a lot different since 2003. Regardless both defenses were top 5 in points per game so not sure what your point is.

Some of them were legitimately full of crap like Wolfhomo.
who cares that much. part of the fun is trying to figure it out.

You have a solid argument to make for him. I do think he is a good coach. I think he’s really good at putting players into position to be successful. He just always sucked at recruiting. He’s a bit on the lazy side too. I certainly wouldn’t pay top money for him.
Still young. Great offensive mind. Pretty much won everywhere hes been. One thing that has always stuck with me about him is Urban Meyer said hes the smartest guy he knows.
re: I don't see BK landing another coaching job

He will definitely find a power 4 job up north.

The one that fascinates me is Dan Mullen. He always developed good quarterbacks. Downsides is he’s a lazy recruiter
I agree. Especially since being a good recruiter these days is not as important.
Most of the posters rip the "insiders" on this board

Then the insiders disappear and most of yall are mad. Par for the course.

Let’s see if yall feel this way after Taylen Green runs on us. Baker needs to prove he can stop a mobile QB
Ironic thing about your post is that they shut down Taylon Green LAST YEAR better than anyone

I dont
Gutted by vandy and a&m
They have gutted most everyone this year. Both top 12 in offense. Throw in Whit Weeks as your most important player on defense injured. Yeah im not going to be that upset about it.
LSU is top 25 in points per game the most important stat for defense.
I have a confession. Blake Baker.......

I want to keep him no matter who the head coach is. I think hes a great defensive coordinator. LSU defense is top 25 this year and has improved every year hes been here.
Technically you’re incorrect

He'd always be second to Saban, Spurrier, etc. does he want to be the man at an SEC school like Ole Miss, or another Spurrier
Not necessarily. He is young enough to catch them or even past them. Definitely Spurrier. Saban obviously a much harder feat. Saban was 52 when he won his first National Championship.
Kiffin could become one of all the time greats or greatest at a school like LSU or Florida. The major question is, is that what he wants? He might be ok with just being Ole Miss's greatest coach ever. I just dont see it.

I just know he hates playing in that highscool stadium
On a tiktok with Landry he jokes about how maybe Ole Miss will build a bigger stadium.

Watch defenses that are successful against running qbs. It’s not because they have great lbs spying. It’s because the d line stays disciplined in their rush and squeeze the qb in the pocket. We either rush our ends too far up field and out of the play or lose contain.
Bingo. I think a problem with our defense sometimes is that are so aggressive they play out of control.
