So I guess in the 5 parishes that require Emission Testing you will get a QR code and yet still be required to go in for testing. So not much changed in these parishes money wise.

Why sure 60 Minutes failed to mention that Biden turned his back on the people of North Carolina. Also the fact that if survivors had Trump signs in their yards they were ignored by FEMA workers.

It's a full inspection but the 5 parish area emission testing must still be performed in these parishes requiring you to go to an inspection station .The rest of the state will just get a QR code in the mail and not need to go to an inspection station.
