Might be plastic surgery, but could also be hormonal or thyroid issues that affect a lot of people’s appearances as they age.

I understand a lot of this is too much plastic surgery. These women like her also think it’s good to be thin. That’s an example where 15-20 pounds of fat would help her look so much better.
