Random Cool Olympics Memory: Michael Johnson and the Texas Rangers

As a kid, we had driven over from S'port to watch the Rangers and Yankees play at The Ballpark in Arlington.

During a half inning, the stadium put on Michael Johnson's WR record 200M run on their jumbotron. The entire stadium, players included, stopped to watch their hometown kid crush the field. Gold shoes and all.

Such a badass moment and I remember how cool it was to watch other professional athletes be so in to the race.
