meh, he's not that good anyway
He was just a year removed coming off of major surgery, and a true freshman. His stuff is electric and he has monstrous upside as a foundational piece of a rotation. This is a big loss.

Source below. This one really stings. Kid has so much talent and upside. Fingers crossed he doesn't transfer to an SEC team.

My favorite Jay moment was that South Carolina sec tournament game. Sitting in the stands after Milan’s homer and here comes Jay out of the dugout.

True. And he'll get his. But Lane knows him inside and out, and his tendencies/weaknesses for Baker to exploit. I like the Tigers by 6 in a tight one.

Shoutout to Douche Guilbeau.

Johnson is a solid hire and well respected. But this hire is more of a single or a double than a home run at the moment. LSU, which has not won a national championship since 2009, may have needed someone with more edge and skins on the wall than a young and somewhat experienced prospect.

A historic day. The man keeps his word. Two natties and counting…

LSU’s going to win championships because of the decisions everybody involved in the program, our administration, coaching staff, players, support staff, fans are all united, doing the things that they need to do to ensure that happens. Recruit, develop, win, repeat.
I’m going to work harder than any baseball coach in the country. All I want to do is pour my life into LSU. This state, this university, is going to get everything I got.

Once they get your money, zero fricks given.

Can't put a price tag on some of the memories created from splurging on special sporting events and family vacations. Worth every penny.

Mavrick Rizy is now the enemy
Posted by Jack Crevalle on 6/14/26 at 10:10 pm
Was wishing Rizy the best when he hit the portal instead of a batter, but no more, now he's Ole Piss tiger bait.
Can live without his nearly 1 walk per appearance with 19 BB in 21 IP, eight wild pitches, and seven hit batters this year. Need strike throwers. Adios.

That's some eye-popping numbers. Man has the game changed.

Props to you guys for making the most of it without the Tigers being there. I'll be rooting for Troy and West Virginia I suppose.

Nah. This will die down. If it was LSU, the backlash would be far worse with all the hypocritical Forde and Vitale types rioting in the streets. We are the ultimate heels, and I love it.

Hey brother, remember Wade's rant against ULL after the game? Blast from the past, one of his most memorable press conferences.
