This still sucks arse because you are on papers the entire time and have to check in with your PO and have some punitive restrictions and if you violate you go in and do the time.
Is it better than jail, yes, but it still sucks arse.
Oh and 300 hours of picking up trash on the highway sounds like hell.

Jody Plauche still posts on here sometimes. Gary died in 2014.

These facts alone would make it very difficult for me to convict.
As many pointed out, the back of the head on the front porch is a bad look, and as long as she did not have him down on his knees and pulled the trigger point blank, she'll have a fighting chance.
Was she not friendly with any of her neighbors so they could help bring him back in the house

I would nullify. She did murder him, but he deserved it (as much as one could deserve to be murdered)

Depends on the charges and the circumstances.
She shoots him while he’s under the bed the instant she walks in the room, I’m absolutely not convicting her of 1st degree murder.
She walks in, and after learning that her 13 yo daughter invited him in, she marches him into the front yard and shoots him in the back of the head? Yeah, that’s absolutely murder and doesn’t even sound debatable.

The mother knew he was there before she got to the house, according to witnesses she had the gun in her hand already. This is a moment of cultcha at its most essential form. Poor daughter had a piece of shite for a parent and role model, mother is going to jail.

This was actually me saying because I did things at 14 with 14 year girls when we were both freshmen in high school doesn't make my parents shitty or me hoodrat trash
