Trained in Wurzburg while the 1st ID was still there, deployed to LRMC a few years later. So much BRAC going on then, bases getting prepped to being handed back to German control. The locals weren't happy, they knew they'd be taking an economic hit, but most service members knew it was long overdue even back then.

Too bad it's not literally.

Trim is probably composite wood I'm guessing.

If it's MDF then no chance of saving it if it's been pissed on, stuff soaks it up like a sponge.
What kind of flooring and base trim? If it's engineered or solid wood then nothing short or replacing it will work 100%. Bleach, peroxide, etc will get just below the surface but not much else. Drywall wicks it up too.

This essentially makes an already difficult invasion of Iran impossible, largely because it turns the country's severe logistical, geographical, and environmental challenges into insurmountable obstacles.

You are clueless as well as just plain stupid. Keep cheering for the terrorists you miserable piece of shite...
Sure most of those numbers are too low, most of those countrie have no idea who and how many firearms are owned..

Also, our gun should have been gold-plated with a bald eagle shitting on the other countries.
Nobody with an IQ above room temperature misses that senile, pants-shitting, AF1-stairs-tripping retard.

Armscor maybe budget but certainly not low quality, they've been doing 1911's well much longer than Kimber certainly. In .38 Super, certainly would not want to be on the receiving end as that's a decent step up from 9mm in terms of energy. Maverick shotguns are cheap and pretty reliable too.
I put 2 coats of a water-based penetrating grout sealer for my shower and kitchen backsplashes, zero issues with staining and it's been about 2 years so far. I use an after-shower spray so I haven't really had to scrub the tiles to clean them either, just wipe down with a soft cloth and some Spray Away a few times a month. The tub section gets scrubbed only. The grout sealer also seems to have kept the silicone caulk joints clear too though probably more to do with what silicone I used than anything else.
Glad my F-150 still has a steel cable that connects the throttle body to the gas pedal.

Same with all other fluids really. Especially ATF and gear oils, every 30k in my vehicles.

Even modern long life OAT/HOAT coolants deplete their additive packages over time.

The cost problem is the cost of construction itself.

Builders charge far more than their shitty homes are worth too. They hire subs that do sub-standard work, throw up a street of mcmansions and charge $800k - $1.2m each, and none of them will pass inspection.

Mostly a straight forward procedure but Murphy is always there to give it to you raw. Some vehicles need a vacuum pulled on the system to prevent air blockages, though that's probably only needed if you somehow completely drained the system. If you only empty the coolant reservoir and radiator and replace that amount you'll probably do enough good and avoid potential issues.

Shop around the local dump yard?

Local big Toyota dealership, I paid $30,330 cash for my Rav4 back in December. You seriously don't have a clue.
I have an IWI-made DE in 50 AE, never a problem that wasn't from limp wristing. I roll my own 300gr JHP's for it too, little hotter than the Hornady factory stuff, definitely more fireball. They have a definite break-in period, they need some mags and extra oil but utterly reliable if you can afford the ammo. The recoil is no joke but the muzzle blast is probably what most really have an issue with. Last time I shot it, indoor range along with a .357 mag. 357 felt very tame compared to the DE...
Glad to see so many of these fraudulent orgs go under. Memphis is full of "violence intervention" groups, many lost millions in federal grant funding and are begging for the state to step in. These orgs have zero effectiveness, their leadership somehow all have $100k+/year salaries, drive luxury vehicles, and live in on the eastern side of town though.

Plenty if you shop around and aren't mildly retarded.
