It's not just Google photos that it supports. That just happens to be what I have so I set that up to match certain people's faces and send those to the frame whenever I take a new photo on my phone.

I haven't so much as opened the Aura app in years. It just chugs right along getting fresh pics of the kids whenever I take a photo.

And as Lemmy pointed out, pretty much every frame it there has some kind of email, text or app to push photos to it.
Aura at Costco.

Super easy connects directly to your Google photos account and you can filter by person so as you take new pics of your kids on your phone they automatically appear on the frame.

She can tap the side of the frame when a picture comes up she really loves and it will display a heart emotion over the pic and will send you a notification of which picture she loved.

Also you can turn the frame portrait or landscape and it will automatically readjust and re center the current photo.

Don't even look at anything else.

CAD if you do it yourself make sure at the butt splices you fill each connector with dialectic grease and cover each splice with marine heat shrink tubing
love dielectric grease! Marine heat shrink huh? Sounds like it's made for long periods of time underwater.
The part I'm not comfortable with is sinking it back into the pond. It looks like there was a PVC "sleeve" which you can see in the background which I'm guessing helped to keep some of the pond muck out but I don't know how to put it back and how far

They are charging you $1000 plus for that.

It's worse than that because they only want to replace the motor. How in the world is that easier than just swapping a $700 pump because I have no idea how old the existing one is. It was there decades before we bought the house.

Democrats are always pushing to boost spending on these programs, claiming it’s vital for the needy.

Yet somehow, much of the cash ends up in the hands of their political allies, donors — or outright fraudsters — rather than those in need.
now swap the term 'medicaid' with 'usaid'
I'm irritated because it was fine when they closed the system for winter. 2 can-kickers from the irrigation company came out this spring and couldn't get the system up and not my usual guy so I'm wondering if they did something to screw it up.

It's a heavy bitch (see below) and I know it's pretty powerful because it has to feed 80 heads that are up a steep hill from the pond but does that sound right?

I have no idea what's entailed in a job like this and I can't even make out the model number so I'm going to assume this is reasonable unless someone can tell me otherwise.

Sucks.

What would the home and garden board do?
 colonial viper and cylon raider. 1970s era glow in the dark interplanetary UFO next to it. 2 Eagle 1s from Space: 1999 on the right.

On the left is Thunderbirds ship, Star destroyer and tie fighter from the 70s and original R2D2.

ETA a few hidden spaceships on the Bourbon shelf in between the bottles too.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — A human smuggling case against Kilmar Abrego Garcia, whose mistaken deportation helped galvanize opposition to President Donald Trump’s immigration policies, was thrown out on Friday.

Abrego Garcia’s deportation to El Salvador last year became an embarrassment for Trump officials when they were ordered to return him to the U.S. Abrego Garcia claimed that both the timing of the criminal charges and inflammatory statements about him by top Trump officials demonstrated that the prosecution was vindictive.

U.S. District Judge Waverly Crenshaw, ruling from Nashville, granted Abrego Garcia’s motion to dismiss for “selective or vindictive prosecution.”

The ruling amounted to an extraordinary rebuke of a Justice Department that under Trump has repeatedly been accused of targeting defendants for political purposes.
