Seems easy enough.
It’s easy and transparent if you force it to be in the urban areas.
The urban areas don’t want that and it took the state police and a governor who didn’t care what the “it’s racist!” crowd thought to make it happen in Miami-Dade.

For what it's worth, I think Byron Donalds is an empty shell of a suit, but will vote for him in November and if I was forced to vote today, I would have voted for him over Fishback.
I voted Fishback and agree Donalds is a total donor shill but at least he’s been fairly consistently conservative in Congress.
Losing DeSantis is a blow to the state, most transformational governor in modern GOP history.

Well at least we can all agree that none of the citizens involved in fighting and dying in the Ukrainian War can vote their way out of it.

Oh well. They signed up for the service and can’t just run because someone made a threat. If they do or want to then they need to be removed immediately from a leadership position
They’re not worried about their health…
They’re concerned about exposing $30 billion dollars worth of US aircraft and aircraft carrier plus the lives of their crew to enemy fire in a situation in which they cannot immediately effect a decisive blow against the enemy.
The enemy only has to get lucky once, we have to defeat every wave of incoming or our entire naval doctrine gets thrown into question.

I agree with this even though I agree with her political position.
I also believe that its perfectly fair for her to advertise his decision to exclude her from his restaurant on political grounds so that other people can decide whether to spend money there in the future.

There are dipshits on this board that probably think they’re capable of doing so
Only scenarios I can see where that could happen:
-China/Russia gives them some tech we haven’t had to deal with yet
-they fire off enough missiles and drones at us that we run out of munitions or do it as part of a giant attack that depletes our vessels before they can replenish
There’s no evidence so far they can hurt us but tempting fate isn’t exactly something that makes admirals happy when there isn’t a tangible strategic reward.

I was in Bogalusa for Camille and it was brutal. We heard pine trees snapping all night long. I didn't expect to see a single tree standing the next morning.
Having seen the aftermath of various hurricanes in different areas even inland I will never allow a pine tree close enough to my home that if it fell it could damage the house.
They snap.
They uproot.
They drop limbs.
Last thing I want to have to deal with in a post storm clean up is cutting down some garbage pine tree I can’t even burn for firewood.
Unless it’s a live oak or a palm tree I have no interest in having trees near my house in a coastal area.

too little, too late. Already too many Islamic sympathizers already, they’ll be treated as another protected class. Look at some of the posts in this thread.
Completely disagree.
The American right is still allowing that to happen because we fear cancel culture. The moment we stop playing by those rules is the moment the game changes completely.
Could do it tomorrow we just lack leaders with the will to do it.
-Enact limits on social programs (they abuse these to create enclaves and encourage immigration
-ban CAIR and other foreign Islamic groups from operating on US soil (they push the creation of enclaves)
-end immigration from specific areas
-aggressively enforce re-migration and ICE efforts in specific areas
-identify and aggressively enforce laws surrounding criminality known to be associated with people in targeted areas
-highlight horrific practices associated with those groups to increase public awareness of the problem
-ensure prompt deportation of migrants espousing antiamerican or pro-terror viewpoints
Then you get into the annoyance approach where you enact policies that annoy them into leaving.
The Saudis and UAE openly state that the west is allowing groups like the Muslim brotherhood to operate in our nations that they consider dangerous in theirs, we must end them now or see us continue on a path towards the reality the UK and parts of France find itself in where they are being consumed culturally and socially from within.

There’s no way to deport all Muslims, period. Not without changing our constitution. We CAN stop importing the goat humpers, though.
You could absolutely pass laws that make the nation completely inhospitable to them tomorrow.

doubt the referendum will succeed, and if it does, Ottawa will fight tooth and nail to obstruct the legal process to keep Albertans in the federation for as long as possible.
I mean we should all step back and contemplate how momentous this could end up being even though it gets little press here.
We could legitimately see the balkanization of a nation on our border that’s been in existence for hundreds of years and we could find ourselves facing the prospect of an actual hot war IMO if they choose the Chinese lifeline.
If we go all in against the EU/WEF puppet state in Ontario do we see a full split with the EU/NATO nations which could dethrone the dollar as reserve currency?
But the counterpoint is if we have Venezuela, our own reserves and Alberta even with Iran uncertain I’m not sure anyone can touch us without cutting their own throat from an energy standpoint.
How do you see it playing out?
I don’t follow Canadian politics very closely beyond knowing that the population has been flooded with third world immigrants to a degree that homes are unaffordable, jobs are scarce, many young people who are successful are moving and those who remain outside of the plains provinces are all in with the globalist platform up to and including electing actual Soros trained political figures to run the show.
I just really worry if Alberta is the keystone and it gets pulled into the American orbit that the only option left is to go all in with China like you’ve seen in Africa which could lead a populist America into direct conflict with China.

Trump is pretty openly saying they lied to him about regime change over there.
If they dont convince Trump regime change was possible and easy this never escalates beyond another round of missile strikes and everything returns to status quo with the timelines on nuclear development pushed back.

Québec also had a government in Ottawa that was willing to bribe them to stay. They paid the bribes with money from Alberta. Ottawa has nothing to bribe Albertans with, only threats.
I think the separatist support is real and has been going on behind closed doors since Trump was elected and is why the hostility between Canada and the US is higher than at any time since the war of 1812.
Im not sure Canada is sustainable in its current welfare state form without Alberta.
Interestingly if they do start to collapse economically do they turn to China to prop them up? At what cost? Can the US allow them to make major concessions or alliances with our largest strategic threat?

Absolutely not.

Alex Jones has been saying this was likely for almost 6 months.
If we keep poking the hornets nest with long range missile strikes into Russia against strategic sites and it starts impacting their warfighting capacity in Ukraine I believe they will escalate in kind eventually.
They view the war in Ukraine as existential from a security standpoint whether anyone over here seems to want to listen or contemplate what that means in terms of their strategic thinking, particularly while we're tied up in Iran.

What does OP expect, restaurants to grind their own flour?
I’d like to think that if people knew what many restaurants served and how it was prepped they would eat out less.
But then I look at how fat and lazy many people are and how nasty their own houses are and realize they probably wouldn’t even care as long as it’s not obvious what the deal is when they’re eating.
