I’m actually curious what happened to her case

Scott had said that if she “sees a boy in my house I will put a hole in his arse,” the daughter later told cops, according to the affidavit.
The teen eventually let her mother inside, where Scott allegedly found Morton hiding under her bed, the court doc states.
“Get out of my house bitch,” she allegedly screamed, and followed Morton out the front door.
That’s when her daughter and a neighbor allegedly heard a gunshot ring out.

This part is irrelevant. Predators manipulate children
I say not guilty especially to 1st degree murder. 1st degree implies it was planned out. I don’t see a Tennessees jury convicting

Sure but planning it out can be a second or moment of planning. For example when she pointed a gun to the back of his head and pulled the trigger, she planned to kill him.

I would need to hear the whole thing, but I think I would be a not guilty juror.
Me too. Because I instantly see it as a father of a 13 year old girl.
But what if you were the father of the 20 year old boy?
