As someone who's trained a long time, I feel the same way with coworkers or most normal people walking around. I giggle at the "I just see red" types that would be totally gassed out after 90 seconds on the ground. It's kind of a quiet self-confidence, but he just said out loud the same thing that a purple belt or higher is thinking. Until you train, whether its mma, jiu jitsu, judo, etc., most people have no idea how inept they are in a fight against someone that knows what they're doing. I've found that the deadliest guys to grapple with are the nerdiest looking guys walking in street clothes. Would a jacked 6'4" mfer be a handful to deal with? Absolutely. If that big mfer is untrained, I'd feel confident I could defend myself and eventually get in dominant position to ground and pound or submit him.

9yrs consistently with no breaks longer than a couple weeks due to injury. LSUSUPERSTAR, you trying to roll at the Sonic or something?
