Scottie Scheffler just passed Tiger Woods on the career money list...
Posted by MMauler on 9/1/26 at 3:37 pm
I haven't heard anything about it, but at 30 years old and heading into his prime, Scheffler just flew by Tiger Woods...
As you look at this list, realize that Tiger is essentially retired and McIlroy is 37. I realize that if Tiger had played at the same time as Scheffler and earned what Scheffler earned for winning a tournament, Tiger would probably be close to $300 million in career earnings. Nevertheless, it's still pretty impressive.
Also, as far as career money (and yearly money), only tournament winnings count. So, the $23 million Scheffler won for being the FedEx points leader isn't even in that figure.
Over the last three weekends of the season, Scheffler won $3.6 million (St. Jude's), $426,250 (BMW) and $10 million for the Tour Championship, for a total of $14.026 million in three weeks.
When you add that to the $23 million he collected for being the FedEx points leader, that comes out to $37.026 million he's collected in the last three weeks.
The $37.026 million would put him at #44 on the career money list.
That is insane!

re: Chief Justice Roberts votes against the new ballroom.

It was more of a gutjob restoration than a simple “redecoration“ to her own liking. It's not like she just picked some different curtains.
The decision ultimately rested on the party bringing suit lacking standing to bring the suit.
According to Roberts, the members of the National Trust for Historic Preservation had standing simply because (in his opinion) of their “decades-long membership” in the National Trust for Historic Preservation and commitment to that cause. According to that leftist piece of traitorous filth, that was enough to meet the legal threshold for standing.
So, let me get this straight -- according to Roberts, NO ONE in the entire United States had standing to challenge the most obviously rigged and fraudulent election in HISTORY where every Democrat governor in every swing state LITERALLY broke many, many laws to rig the outcome, but this NOTHING FAR LEFT WHACKJOB POLITICIZED GROUP that no one has ever heard of has standing to sue the President of the United States over building a ballroom that Presidents will use long after Trump is gone???
Every citizen in the f*cking country should have had standing to challenge Democrats and RINOs putting in a f*cking dementia-riddled, corrupt f*cking vegetable (and his LITERALLY ignorant f*cking whore of a VP) into the Oval Office. But, according to Roberts, NO ONE had standing. But, any far left whackjob politicized group has standing to question Trump's following the precedent of past President's in improving the White House.
Hell, even Jackie Kennedy (a freaking First Lady) spent a shitload of money on redoing the entire interior of the White House without Congressional approval. She was praised for it and they did a documentary about it.

AmBetter -then sent me a list of orthopedic surgeons with about 50 names-none of whom will accept AmBetter.
A friend of mine asked me to help him navigate the ACA portal. I put in his information and spent a lot of time looking at all the different plans. I had never heard of Ambetter but they had several plans that looked promising. Both Ambetter and UHC definitely offered the least expensive plans.
When I looked further into both, I found out that they were very lowly rated. The denial rates are obscene. It was rare to find a good review from patients. I told him he’d be better off just sticking with a Blue Cross plan and paying the extra cost. I also told him to stay away from the EPO plans and stick with a PPO or POS plan. The PPO were much more expensive but seemed easier to use.
In the end, he got a Blue Cross POS plan that cost him a little more but so far has approved everything he’s needed. He definitely makes sure to stay in-network per my strong recommendation.

Where's Maury Povich when you really need him.
Hell, Maury could devote 4 or 5 seasons to discover who is the father of Blue's kid.
I haven't read the case, however, it sounds like Blue Cross "approved" the procedure but never agreed to pay the full amount as this particular hospital is "out-of-network." I'm guessing that it paid what it was contractually obligated to pay to an out-of-network provider.
There's a reason why insurance companies only pay a small amount for "out-of-network" providers -- i.e., the provider doesn't negotiate their prices and give a discount (often HUGE) to the insurance company. BUT, this is known in advance.
So, while BC "approved" the procedure, they had no contractual relationship with the provider to pay the full amount requested. BC only had to pay what it was required to pay to an out-of-network provider according to its contract with the insured.
THE REST IS ON THE INSURED. I'm not sure when the "no suprise billing" law went into effect, however, the provider now has a duty to inform the patient how much he/she is going to be called upon to pay.
THE MORAL AND NUMBER ONE TAKE-AWAY from this story is that you should ALWAYS make sure that the doctors and hospitals you visit are all IN-NETWORK with your insurance company. I CHECK EVERY F*CKING TIME I GO TO A DOCTOR OR HOSPITAL and I always ask to get an estimate before I have any procedure done.
There was a news story a few years back on one of the local stations talking about how Tulane Hospital was NOTORIOUS for performing surgeries on patients for which Tulane Hospital and certain Tulane doctors were IN-NETWORK but would assigning out-of-network providers (mostly anesthesiologists) during the procedure. The patient had no idea and just assumed that because they were getting the procedure done at an in-network facility and the personal and doctors would also be in-network. Then a month later they received a bill for thousands for dollars because one or more of the providers were out-of-network.
This is one of the things that led to the "no surprise billing" laws.
ETA: I haven't found the story I saw years ago about Tulane Hospital, however, here's a similar story from 2017 about Tulane Hospital and its ER department...
Tulane SUCKS!!!
Here's a national story about out-of-network anesthesiologist working in in-network hospital....

Had he been given a 2-stroke penalty, he would have finished in an 8-way tie for third instead of having a solo second place finish.
If my quick math is correct, an 8-way tie for third would have paid out $1.946 million.
So, with the favorable ruling, he "saved" a little over $3 million. Helluva ruling!
For the record, I don't think his club touched the sand and I didn't see any sand move.

Well, to be fair, they plan on killing you and/or your descendants anyway. They're just playing the long game and using democracies against themselves with the goal of taking over the entire western civilization by simply out-populating the native citizens. And, THE BEST PART is that these f*cking scumbag liberals are not only allowing it to happen but are also paying these no-good terrorist pieces of filth to do it by putting them on every f*cking Western welfare program they can think up.

Everyone in this video should be summarily fired from any position of authority or public trust (especially the faux "journalists") and be forced to issue a public apology admitting that they are complete f*cking morons who do nothing but spread lies and propaganda. If they don’t agree to do it, they should be lined up against a f*cking wall and shot right in a f*cking head.

Translation – he’ll be running for Congress as a Democrat in 2028.
To be fair, there was Lee Harvey Oswald.
Oh wait, never mind, he came back once he realized that he was going to be a working class plebe and not part of the elitist and exceedingly wealthy proletariat.
All of these little pissheads who are all in on this communist fricking insanity all think that if they can turn the United States into a socialist Third World fricking hell hole that it’ll be all right because they’ll be part of the proletariat. They have no fricking clue that they are actually all going to be part of the suicidal underclass of plebes whose life and existence mean absolutely fricking nothing.
