Happy for that coach. He busted his arse to turn it around. They struggled last year in regionals but got it done this year

No he can’t. His first “violation” came by celebrating after the finish line :lol:

No other runners were actually allowed to celebrate before with their hands raised just like he did for some reason

Look at the second video here . It shows his first “violation”. He does nothing at all until after the race.
