Kind of. Stop thinking about it as much but not totally. I’ll get hungry. Just don’t feel like eating because everything besides Diet Mt Dew tastes like crap. A really good cut of steak cooked well is also still pretty good.
And yes, don’t eat too much. Stomach will feel like crap.

I was at the max recommended after the first two months which I think is 15. Doctors will try to start you too slow at like 2.5. I started at 7.5. I do mine on my own though and get my own peptide supply. Don’t need them docs.

Ten years ago I lost the 100 lb same as I’m working on doing now. But this stuff does make it easier. But you still gotta eat better and start exercising when you hit that first wall.
It’s crazy, I’ll be hungry but I’ll start thinking about what to eat and there is nothing I want so I’ll just move on. I don’t eat dinner about 5 out of 7 days of the week.
If I didn’t enjoy drinking 3-4 days a week I might be maybe 10 more lb down.

You can do that, but you won’t lose as much weight. I’ve lost 43 lb since the last week of January. But, I’ve watched my diet and now I’m starting walking every day. In another 20-30 lb. I’ll kick it up and add more workout and some running. I plan to be down over 100 lb. by Christmas.
The thing about this stuff with me, eating less is easy. It has done something to my system where pretty much all food tastes like shite. Which is fine by me. It’s healthier to eat to live than to eat for pleasure.

No matter what you think, you aren't ever going to be ready. If you wait until you are ready to have kids, you won't ever have any.
Remember, you won't kill the kid. It will be fine. You'll figure it out. The oldest child is the guinea pig as we call them. They are the test run.
Getting a cup ready for my first born = Sterilizing and washing over and over and making sure there is no way there is anything in that cup or any germs. Howard Hughes would be proud to drink from the cup.
Getting a cup ready for each subsequent child = Pick up, blow the dust out of it, give it to the kid.

What about Blood and Chrome? You could watch that first then the mini series and the rest maybe?

I do as well, but I am finding it real hard to see President Trump as being much different that all those listed.
If Trump actually gets us in wars/conflicts that last years and years -- and a couple of huge U.S. iconic buildings get turned to rubble in a terrorist attack -- then I guess we can put Trump in the same category as the Four Horsemen of Suck.
We can hope. President did say this morning with regards to Iran that he was in no hurry at all. We gonna be over there for years. Hope everyone enjoys this falls recession.

Why would a person ever engage in this for their personal policy preferences?
Sadly, politics is basically team sports for most people now. Go look at the arguments on the SEC Rant and they are the same as here. You can just change out, say, Georgia for bought and paid for Jew lover MAGA, and Bama for "you're a little communist **** if you don't support the war in Iran", to Mizzou for the local socialist gay lovers. It's all the same. It's just my team vs your team.
And this is not just here on this board, this is all the way to the very top, nationwide, worldwide.
