In the state of Texas, they legally must sell you the car for the advertised price listed, whether online or print. I was looking for a used car for my daughter and they tried adding on "reconditioning" fees. I told them that was illegal in Texas and they immediately stated that they always ask but would honor the online listed price.

Picked up tickets yesterday. Got in section 112. My son (12 and a soccer freak) was ecstatic and will be a great memory. Plus today is my birthday!

Once again, another article that doesn't define what is a starter home. Yes homes are high due to covid fricking housing and every other market, but there is no basis to home size, counter tops, flooring, lot size, etc.

I collect knives and have a few folders/flippers with larger blades than what is shown. So yes, I would consider that a pocket knife, doesn't make it any less lethal when used with dangerous intent.

I disagree. As companies start increasing reliance on AI tools, they will need less people. The more people that need jobs will keep wages down and with less people to pay, profit increases. My company has had a standard raise of 3% since I started in 2010. They have made a couple market adjustments, but nothing significant. This year they slashed bonuses across the board to 80%. I expect even less next year. My company is a large one that sells pharma and OTC products globally.

My wife is a veterinarian small business owner and people just dont have the money to spend on their pets. It has been that way for at least 3 yrs. All the while corporations are gobbling up vet practices. I think it only gets worse for the middle class as costs continue to outpace wages.
