Define involved. If it means selling older arms to them, sure. If it means any other military involvement such as tactics, air/sea support, or troops, then no.
I'm in between intermediate and advanced on all the ones I do. Don't do just bench but I'm sure it would be the same range.

How are these incidents not an act of war from China? The time of appeasement should've ran out after covid was released.
No! That is exactly what globohomo wants to happen. Much easier to pick off once we split. We are going through tough times, but we need to stick together because people are waking up to what's going on here.

I had some allergy issues that developed into bronchitis. Finally got some meds and now almost 100%. Sucks not working out for over a week, but used it to give my body some much needed rest.
Just keep grinding and focus on certain moves or positions for a while. Try not to eat the elephant in one bite.

I hurt my IT band last year, got nasal surgery and kids activities kept me busy through spring. But I did a comp in April and won both matches. It was me and another guy since not many at Masters 4 blue belt 168lbs. Doing crossfit for about one year really helped with the gas tank and it showed me I was still on a good learning path. Refocusing now to try and level up next year. I'm a little over 4 yrs in, so being in the blue belt grind at almost 47 yrs old is somewhat expected, especially for a hobiest.

Keep up the good work.
This is what happens when you push everyone to go to college even if they would do better in other hands on fields.
Mine does 1:1 match up to 6%, but they also do an additional 6% for people hired prior to a certain year. So I put up 6%, they do 12%.

I also get a 15% bonus that can be more depending on company performance.

Although you raises are about 3% no matter how well you perform.

Glad you are back on the mend and mats.

You still training BJJ? If so, you coming to any comps in DFW?
The cigarette one is years old, not sure about the other one.
Yeah, Merab is definitely exciting. If he starts putting in more submissions, his popularity will only grow.
I want to see a tough fight with Merab in the lead going into the 5th and O'Malley get a knockout late in the round. Something exciting to end it.

 stop playing
I think if O'Malley's hip was really the issue last time and he had time to heal, work on take down defense, then he has a shot. Merab is just such a relentless cardio beast.
Can they put the actual weight in parentheses after the division? I can never remember them.
