I have watched enough zombie films and shows to know that there will be times when that is exactly the teammate you need standing beside you.

(But you may have to shoot him in the foot to bring out his full usefulness)

Cashapp and banks shouldn't reward stupidity on your friend's part.

Your friend is, I say this with full honestly, a complete moron.

How could anyone who has spent 10 minutes in Atlanta even consider engaging for one second with these neanderthals?

And as an aside, how come only blacks use cashapp? I don't know a single white person that uses it and i don't know a single black person that uses venmo

Never give money to people on the street. There's absolutely no good reason to do it. It will likely go toward something that will not help this person get off the street, even if it is to buy them food (which it likely won't be used for). There are plenty of services to help these people out if they are willing to use them. There's a reason that they aren't.

Nothing good will ever come from it.

Avoid them much like pit bulls they are not all bad but you cant tell which ones are good or bad by looking so just avoid them, not worth the risk.
I self segregate this leaves no feelings hurt or misconceptions. I dont want to have to kill the next scholar and go to jail and my family be torn apart so it is better to avoid.
I try not to leave Madisonville or Mandeville it makes life much easier. Except the chuck cheese that is a magnet avoid at all cost.

The Bible says that sometimes, a person in appearance of need are really angels in disguise. I wonder if some are also devils.
