Not necessarily. If he’s like me, he may only leave “running” money in his checking account at any time.
When I get paid (15th and 31st) I pay what bills are due before next payday, calculate how much spending money we will need between now and next payday, and the rest is transferred over to savings.

Pissed me off bigly! There was a traffic break, so I downshifted, broke the back wheels loose, did a magnificent 180°. The POS dropped the McD's bag and his sign, took off, hopped an adjacent fence.
Went back through the parking lot. On the way out, ran over his lunch, cracked the door, collected his sign, and drove off. I know ... CSB ...
But it's the last time I will ever do something like that.

I agree 100% they can and should get a real job but I think you missed the point of my comment which is that having cash app doesn't make someone "well-off". Homeless people living under a bridge have cash app.

Yeah. Cant help the dregs of society. In New Orleans, they have community fridges. The liberals go crazy stocking them with food better than working folk eat. But the communities they are trying feed don’t get it most times bc garbage is waiting and takes it all. I’d say forget it, let them starve. Can’t help trash.

Well that's certainly one cover story for paying $1200 to a hooker. I've heard better, but if the wife buys it, it's good enough I guess.
