She is going to push small and medium clubs to not parade or join larger krewes
These clubs are giving you and the city free entertainment and tourism and you want to nickel and dime them into non existent.

But they got man power to run the parish trucks up and down streets for ladders and tarps ect and meter maids in areas they never go. I hate the city its just a money grab.
