I remember when this gag was all the rage like 5 years ago. Didn't realize it was still going

we can just start right there if we must discuss the above.
Or how about clemson being above tennessee
outside of a couple of correct placements it's like they just put names in a hat and drew them at random

This is legitimately one of the worst "blue blood" rankings I've ever seen
I can't fathom why this shite rag wouldn't just title it "top FB programs of all time". They'd get a ton less shite for it, but as it the case with many outlets in 2026 I suppose it's just rage bait to get people clicking.
hearing that guy yell I could only think about "sharples! That's not yer ID!"
I know that when I want a go-to, impeccable source to find the absolute very best steak around, the first place I think of is Yahoo.

Looks legit
except for the fact that it lists 20 GD teams. There's like 7 or 8 actual "blue bloods". Hell why stop at 20? Why not just list 50?

she's obviously repulsive but I read something a while back that her dan snider/nickelodeon days fricked wiht her so bad and she was likely so physically and sexually abused as a youth that she is intentionally uglying herself up as some kind of subconscious defense mechanism to prevent people from finding her attractive. After I heard that it just makes me feel bad when I see stuff like this.
At first glance someone might think this is an elaborate troll considering the games listed, and maybe it is, but it's surprisingly well researched and knowledgeable. So kudos for that anyway. My thoughts are mostly what the other UGA guy said but will say a few more:
-I disagree with the PSU win catapulting herschel into higher highs than he already was/is. He is the greatest CFB of all time whether we win that game or not. 2 natties in 3 years would have been great for our trophy case and it certainly would have taken dooley into a higher category of all-time coaches.
-2012 would not only have given us another SEC title but as you said we definitely would've won a national title. Few people "deserved" it more than richt. I think it's probably a given that if we win it all that year, richt isn't fired 3 years later. Pretty big butterfly effect game. On a separate note, I think this game is maybe the most painful loss in our history, or at the very least in the last ~40 years.
-2017 would give us another title and elevate kirby even higher than already.
based on everything taken into account I have to go with 2017. Winning in 2012 as crazy as it sounds would be devastating to our program in the long run knowing what we know now, and winning in 82 would have been a slight bump to vince's legacy but he still would've petered out later and instead of hearing the whole "40 years without a title" thing we only would've been subjected to "38 years without a title" instead which is basically the same.

Except Georgia tech is our biggest rival

Monken did everything he could to keep Bennett off the field, but Kirby kept believing in him
i hate to nitpick but that isn't true at all. first of all kirby is the HC and has the final say on who starts at QB. In August of 2020 Kirby deemed that stetson would be 4th string to start the season. Heading into the 2021 season he was the backup as well.
He ended up getting his chance and he capitalized on it, but let's not act like there was some massive clash of egos behind closed doors with monken saying "never stetson, ever!" and kirby pounding his fists saying "yes dammit! He's my guy and we gotta get him out there!"
Nobody on the coaching staff wanted stetson to start, until the point he was thrust into action and then proved he was worthy.

what do people on OF post if not nudes? Just like bathing suits or lingerie but fully clothed? Who on EARTH would be desperate enough to pay money for that?

We sold our souls for the few championships a few years ago
honestly I'm ok with that too.
Walking out of lucas oil I said I didn't care if we lost to every one of our rivals for the next 5 years in a row it still wouldn't erase what had just happened that night.

No Birmingham
I don't know anythign about em but my wife said she likes them. They're playing at a venue near us and I figured with it being not a major big city and them being relatively small (I guess? I mean I don't think they're huge yet right?) I could snag some good tickets.
Boy was i wrong. The dirt CHEAPEST ticket into the venue was damn near $200. Who knows what all fees would be tacked on at checkout. Who the hell is paying this?

Yeah and like I said I don't personally interpret it that way. Just saying it's easily conceivable how that 1 sentence tweet could be taken in a mocking kind of way.
I mean think of it in terms of actual rivalries. A kid who grew up a bama fan with his whole family being die hard bama fans his whole life going to a camp at AU and saying "I'm blessed to report..I did NOT receive an offer from Auburn  " I mean I think most people that knew the details of his personal life would probably take that as a funny jab taken at AU. It's really not a gigantic suspension of belief to think something similar was going on here. Which, again....I don't actually think it was.

I lived in Brookhaven for 8 years before moving out of state, good guess though. And I saw many, many, many people have to spend out the arse sending their kids to Marist since the only other choice was Cross Keys lol. And that's a relatively "good" situation...imagine the other people I know that wanted to be super hip and buy in edgewood, midtown, etc. At least all of them actually wised up and moved towards oconee instead.
North of atlanta definitely has some great spots for sure. I would've been very happy living in certain places north of town. Which begs the question...if the area is so nice, why are you so terrified to put your kids into the public school there? Most "very nice" places to live have public schools you'd be proud to send your kids to.

This is quite the insane interpretation.
is it really? A tweet that basically said "I'm so glad that school didn't offer me" can't possibly be conceived as being a negative in your eyes?
quote:
My son is in kindergarten. His tuition is $22k. My daughter is 3. Her tuition is $18k. We live in the Atlanta metropolitan area.
Edit: the high school tuition for my kids’ current school is $30k+ per student. Will likely be more when my kids are in high school.
or you could just move to a non-liberal area and send your kids to a good public school.
It's always funny to me seeing young people buy in hip, trendy, gentrifying areas that are riddled with crime if you go a couple blocks in the wrong direction, then once they start having kids it's "oh shite, we can't send them to school here, guess we have to send them to private school. Only we probably can't afford it..." but will refuse to move because they don't want to leave the "cool" area.
Not saying that applies to you specifically OP, just a tale I've seen repeated many times with other Atlanta people I've grown up with.
