Many of the recipes in that cookbook are different than the ones that were used in the restaurants.

Absolutely - the expectation for the 206/27 season is somewhere between 8-4 and 6-6 due to the difficult schedule and the number of positions that had to be totally revamped.

Any money “invested” in New Orleans is a lost cause for that chit hole.
Are you expecting an undefeated season this year just because LSU has a huge player payroll and grossly overpaid head coach? I won’t be surprised if LSU goes 8-4/7-5 this year based on the schedule and number of position players that had to be replaced.
I may be wrong but I think Hunter fans have a lifetime warranty
