I agree. Anyone should be able to do anything on their property. Hazardous waste disposal, strip mining, putting up berms to direct destructive flood onto someone else’s property. Yeah. Damn communists.

To those trying to decide what side of the fence they are on, I leave you with this sage advice:

Do bait stations every 10 feet. Much easier than all that concrete drilling and trenching and is more effective. Get the professional type as well and not the ones from HD.

Ebay people sell them and also refills if needed. They last years. I follow the inspection guy around and ask questions and watch what he does. It’s extremely easy, effective, and 1x per year monitoring. The bait stations are a little pricy but that’s because Spectracide doesn’t sell to directly to the public and you have to buy them from resellers (who obviously want to make a profit)

Get a cheap dirt auger drill bit from Amazon and you’re set. Maybe 1.5 inches. Not sure. Measure the diameter when you get them.
