Unfortunately I have to report that El Cid 3 is still not repaired where a car probably slammed into a corner of it by a drunk student going around the curve.
People still live there. Just that a corner of the building is damaged and supported by 2x4s and black plastic sheeting to keep rain out. Stay classy El Cid.

Me too. I learned later on that she was actually a very nice lady. She had to deal with the general public which can get on your nerves.

This used to be the case but incorrect now. A recent USSC said they have to sell it as Sheriff sale to get the most money and the difference goes to the owner after deducting taxes.
