China doesn't have the naval assets necessary for a real invasion. Particularly amphibious landing craft. They could hurt Taiwan with long range airpower, but not defeat them with it. Over the water invasion requires over the water lines of communication. Actual text from a dissenting 9th circuit judge concerning the Olympic Spa case in Washington (cliff notes… women’s only spa wants to keep biological men out). A legal brief tailor-made for the OT:

Id have to say my fondest memory of the movies on TV was Kk vs G, and I remember it being a big deal when ABC made it the movie of the week in 77 or 78.

TMITHC was the very first book I ever read in electronic format, BTW. Downloaded it as a text file to my Palm Pilot way back in the bronze age.
Id say the increase in cruises has everything to do with cruise lines going the budget route, as airlines did. When I was a kid, cruises were something only rich people and retirees with their homes paid off did. Now its cheap enough that you have people on SNAP going on cruises.

Conan the King should have been done 20 years ago.
Saw a cellphone clip last year of Arnold walking in NYC surrounded by bodyguards. He looked old, and despite his bulk, he shuffled like an old man. Definitely didn’t look like he was up to doing action movies anymore.
