Who couldn’t understand that adding several liquor licenses, narrowing the road, adding bike lanes offered a target rich environment for accidents.
Add the weed patch center islands and it a near perfect example of urban planning. Remove a 4 lane and make it a 2 lane didn’t help traffic or safety.

Unless it was a different set of idiots yesterday that look nearly identical, those kids were doing wheelies on the center line through stopped traffic going the wrong way. Came inches from my (stopped) car.
