Lawfare is the selective enforcement dependent on a set of variables such as political affiliation.
Did NY selectively go after Trump for over valuating property to get more favorable loan terms or did they go after everyone they suspected of doing this?

The problem I have with people that are crying the loudest about gas prices is many think nothing about paying $5 for a cup of coffee or $5 delivery fees for Uber Eats.
If an extra $10-$20 a month on gas totally blows your budget, gas prices aren't your problem. What if you got an infection and had to pay a $40 co-pay to go to Urgent Care?

Not unusual at all. When people have really high physical or mental skills, there personal weaknesses are usually also amplified.

Social media has fried their young minds. Should be illegal for anyone under 18 to participate. Kids are no longer able to just be kids while they figure out the world and how it works.

AI can find all kinds of fraud, if allowed to cross check records and databases (iRS, banking, Medicare, Medicaid, voter registration, etc...) Problem is bureaucrats that are benefitting from it don't want it found.

I like Simply better than original.
No, they sold it after a couple of years but it was trouble free during the time they had. They used it mainly to fish freshwater and the bay. They did pull kids behind it on a tube without any issues. I seem to remember it took a while to learn how to trailer as the bow is flat and getting lined up on roller wasn't easy. Towed well, too. We took a trip to SC from FL, and they towed it with their Jeep CJ.
