Depends on the situation.

I'd imagine that the Atchafalaya didnt have to deal with live traffic so that is a huge factor.

All highway work has to deal with weather.
Most have to deal with live traffic which only allows so much construction.

At this point there is no way we’re ever getting out of globalism takeover unless the globalists are dead.

The EU WEF and the UN are starting to have their countries levy fines against all of the social media companies to the point where they will have to comply or die in their country.
