Roof drains often get clogged either at the top on the roof, or at the bottom wherever it discharges..
Both of which are often forgot about to check for clogging. Both can cause major water accumulation on a roof. Get enough of it up there, that's a whole lot of weight that shouldn't be there.

Call the Public Service Commissioner and let them know what is going on. They will get entergy in check with the quickness.
In college, I moved into a rent house on a Saturday. Came home on a Wednesday to no power. Got the run around for hours trying to figure out what happened. Turns out the previous tenant, plus the rental company had not been paying the bill, so entergy thought it was okay to shut my power off and tell me it would be 7-10 days to get it resolved. Public service commissioner had my power on by 9pm that night.
ETA: Entergy is quite literally the worst company I have ever dealt with.
