I was gifted a pair of Peak Vision glasses. Not that impressed to be honest. It was a nice gesture as a gift, but I wouldn't buy them for myself.

sorry, but I doubt you are going to get anyone with principles to run for elected office. The political system at every level is corrupt and to function successfully in it, one must also be corrupt. Thats why we are where we are today.

I fast 4-5 days a week. Breakfast and lunch only. Nothing but water or unsweet tea from 1:30 PM till 6:30 AM the next day. I've lost 30# and have had no issues other than clothes and belts being too big :nana:
I piss more than I did when I wasn't fasting.
Did one 24 hour fast early on. As long as I could keep moving and stay occupied, it wasn't any trouble.
