Vapes vaporize liquid. If functioning properly there is no burning, no smoke.

The VA’s chief of staff, Christopher Syrek, told top-level officials at the agency Tuesday that it had an objective to cut enough employees to return to 2019 staffing levels of just under 400,000.
That is still a shite ton of employees!

re: Putting audio with drone videos

I don't use drones but will try to give an answer.
The way audio usually works on more serious productions is separate audio and video.

Then you can sync the audio and video using a few methods, from free and simple but not perfectly accurate, to expensive and highly precise.
Record a hand clap or three at the beginning of the video, sync the audio track to the video in post.
A clapper makes it a little easier to line up the clap in post.

The most accurate but most expensive are timecode sync devices.

One location popped up for Chase. An office building in Toronto. Once again no retail banking locations I can find.

So as I said, they have a presence there but its extremely limited and certainly not on par with other major global players.
I searched Capital One locations on google maps (from the list posted in this thread) and the only thing that popped up was an office building in Ontario. It appears the retail bank in that location is TD bank.
No retail locations listed here.

Straight up 20% a year for two years with almost no drops. High valuations. High interest rates. Government jobs and money printing pumping the numbers. A President who stated there may be short term pain. Warren Buffett moving to cash.

My boss was stoked about my WFH status this weekend. I had some simulations to run on my workstation that only required human intervention every 6-8 hours. I ran them over the past two days at my leisure instead of wasting valuable time during the week.

Are you a salesman for one of these companies?
We all have questions about title fraud.
How could someone steal my home? Thanks to digitization, everything a thief needs can be easily accessed online.
What happens when my title is stolen? Fake documents are filed with your county, transferring your title out of your name.
What can a criminal do with my title? The scammer uses the equity in your home to take out loans or even sells the home.
How can a bank foreclose if it was fraud? The criminal and the cash are gone. You are now faced with a financial and legal nightmare of proving you are the victim of a crime.
Homeowners can take practical steps to mitigate the risks of title fraud by staying informed, regularly monitoring property records, and employing security measures. Remember, a calm and informed approach is key to navigating the complex landscape of property ownership. Take a deep breath, educate yourself, and take proactive steps to safeguard your home with Home Title Lock.

The threat of title fraud is real—and the impact can be devastating.
Title fraud is a scam that involves criminals stealing your home, then borrowing against it or selling it behind your back. Your home and hard-earned equity can be snatched away with just a signature.
The FBI calls it House Stealing and warns all homeowners to stay vigilant and monitor their home titles. Why aren't the authorities doing anything to stop this? Unfortunately, the county recording systems in the United States are vulnerable to fraudulent, mistaken and otherwise illegitimate filings.
Home Title Lock detects activity and changes to your home's title, adding an essential layer of security to protect your most valuable asset, locking in your peace of mind.

There are still open-source options you can run on your phone. You are free to use your device as you like without big brother Apple or Google watching over your shoulder.
But you'll have to use your brain and put in a little work.
