If anyone knows someone with psychosis and/or bipolar disorder, they truly lose reality at times. Fairly often. The fact that this happened once… exactly when she sent off her husband… when she calculated the time he’d be gone…
She’s a fricking liar. Women are so damn easily manipulated by emotions. Just claim victimhood over anything and they have to sympathize. Repeal the 19th.

Are all women secretly hoping this gives them an out of a situation they don't like (parenting) without spending their lives in jail for murder?

The fact that their NGRI procedure is that you can throw it out there and now someone has to prove you were NOT insane?
Proving beyond reasonable doubt that someone isn’t insane is essentially impossible because we can’t be in other people’s head. We don’t even all have the same definition of insanity
Conviction almost inherently requires explicit evidence that simply doesn’t exist in most cases. Things like a trail of the plan for pleading insanity being concocted, chats with an AI model on how to pull it off, etc. Both examples of which can be easily hidden/destroyed
The problem is there is an extremely high probability of at least 1 juror who wants to put her away but can’t bring him/herself to say it’s not insanity beyond reasonable doubt. Not because they don’t think it’s likely bullshite, but because that nearly impossible standard just hasn’t been met. Under those circumstances many principled people can’t bring themselves to convict someone for life
A principled person sticking purely to the facts of the case and actual law is normally a great thing, but when the law is awful it’s a recipe for injustice. Feels like that’s where this is headed

Why is the Tik Tok coven defending Clancy but not Laken Snelling? Laken Snelling was the UK cheerleader that birthed her child and then put it in a dumpster (or something) to die.
Also, why wouldn't Snelling be contesting for another trial and just claim she had PPD or PPP ?

There's been a few women influencers calling them out. The problem is there just isn't enough of them doing it to truly counteract the insanity. So many women apparently are straight up psychotic.

Let’s say husband walks in right after she kills the kids and let’s say he loses it and kills his wife. And then at his trial his attorney argues that he simply lost it when he saw the scene, he can’t even remember what he did. Heat of passion, psychosis, whatever you want to call it.
The ladies defending the wife in this case would want him to fry and wouldn’t think twice about the double standard.
